Greg Holland (Trumpet)

1979 - Present    Musician and Teacher (Atlanta, GA)
Perform as free-lance trumpet player with Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Opera Orchestra and contract member of Atlanta Ballet Orchestra.  Concertize widely throughout the greater Atlanta Metropolitan area.  Member American Federation of Musicians and International Trumpet Guild. 

Enjoy a very active private studio with students from Middle School through College age, placing students regularly in All State, Governor’s Honors Program, Area Honor Bands, Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony, etc.

1981                Earned Bachelor of Music degree, magna cum laude, Georgia State University,
                        Atlanta, GA.  Student of Larry Black and John Head.
1983                Earned  Master of Music (Performance) degree from Northwestern University,
                        Evanston, IL.  Student of Vincent Cichowicz and Luther Didrickson.
