Natalie received her Bachelor of Music from the College Conservatory of Music where she studied with Mark Ostoich. Here, she was a member of the Wind Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Concert Orchestra, and Philharmonia. Besides being a member of these groups, she gave three recitals, competed in scholarship competitions, participated in the Music Teachers National Association competition, and was a member of her quintet, 4+One.
After receiving her Bachelor of Music degree she furthered her education by pursuing a Master’s Degree at Carnegie Mellon University, under the tutelage of Cynthia DeAlmeida. While at Carnegie Mellon, Natalie served as the Teaching Assistant for the Oboe Studio, participated in other student's recitals, competed in chamber competitions with her quintet- Gradations of Sound, and organized community outreach events.
Now that she has graduated from school, she currently lives in Atlanta and is expanding her studio, creating a musical residency in an assisted living facility, and pursuing professional auditions. She has played with the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra, Lexington Philharmonic, Owensboro Symphony, Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, and LaGrange Symphony.
